“This is a great hotel for a reasonable price. Very clean, nice rooms, and friendly staff. The L subway line is 2 minutes away. The only little downside was the breakfast which was a bit sparse and there was only flavoured coffee (those nespresso type things). Anyway, I'd highly recommend this place if you're staying in Brooklyn. ”
“The LIRR noise can be heard in my room on the 4th Floor.
The elevator shakes terribly every time after starting.
It's good that they provide a Nespresso coffee maker and bottle water.
The front desks were frieendly and helpful.”
“Left a bag of new Baggus in the closet. Called the hotel and they said nothing was found and will contact me if anything turned up, but didn’t ask for contact info, and never followed up. I know it was there. Can’t prove it, but it’s a bad feeling. Just a reminder to double-check before you go.

“Ace Hotel staff were attentive, polite, kind, and made our stay a pleasure. They greet you with a warm hello, happily answer questions and keep the place in beautiful condition. The staff at Ace Hotel are 10 out of 10. Thank you!”

"The views from the William Vale are absolutely stunning, but the room itself was quite small and the amenities felt a bit basic. However, this seems to be the case with most hotels in New York."
