“Hotel itself was fine. Not happy with parking arrangements. I would also need a walk in shower next time. I have limited mobility. Shower not safe. No handles for safety and no non slip bathmat”

“It’s hard to comment properly as we arrived late in the dark but even still the staff on the desk were so friendly greeting us, and super helpful and understanding when I realised I’d made a mistake with the booking. It’s lovely and quiet despite being so close to the motorway. Immediately put at ease and reassured that it’s a great place to stay, even if as it is for us just an overnight stopover mid journey. ”

“Great for overnight stay with dog. All staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is dated and rooms could be cleaner however bed was comfortable and bar and dining area clean with great breakfast choice. Large enclosed gardens and 15 minute walk into Keswick from back of the hotel (off road country walk)”
