“My family's (2 adults, 3 kids) and total group's (4 adults, 6 kids) was very positive at Serenade Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort. The property was in great shape where it mattered to us, but it could use a little maintenance (i.e. entertainment room screen, some buildings needed a little love, missing tiles at the swim up bar). “This hotel was a perfect choice for our vacation. The studio was cozy, clean, and came with a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare light meals. The garden pool was peaceful and surrounded by tropical plants, it felt like a little oasis. It only took us 3 minutes to walk to the beach, which was stunning. We also enjoyed the local restaurants just a short walk away. ”

“Same calm and safe property with no knocking on doors services. Last time I went there, a loudly noisy motorcycle with his driver sounded just like it came in and broke the quietness of the place. I enjoyed the stay at the hotel ”

“Our room was spacious and comfortable! All of the villas were close to everything, it was very walkable. And there were plenty of food options to choose from each day. The food was great and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I’d highly recommend this resort and we will definitely be back!”
