“The WiFi is free but pretty much not accessible. Wifi signal is very bad. There was no hot water for shower due to some malfunction and was not able to fix it for 5+hrs. Although the hotel is located in suncity mall, but that mall is pretty much deserted. More than half of the stores are closed.”

“This is by far the best place in new Cairo. Best service and cleanest place to stay, everything is up to date with Plenty of room. This is definitely my favorite place to stay and I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a place in new Cairo. “新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。”
