“A terrible experience. Broken bathroom fixtures, dirty floors, dirty towels, blocked showers/sinks/toilets, slow service, unfriendly staff ( apart from Vic, Charlie and Amelia who, to be fair, were genuine and tried their best). To call this hotel 5-star is frankly fraud. It’s a shabby hotel, rooms and service 2 stars at best. Do not stay here with your family.”

“The location, the hotel and the room was excellent. Everything was all very clean and the our room cleaned well everyday. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The service in the restaurant was not so good. I felt the staff didn't look around enough to see what was happening and when they were quieter, they weren't clearing tables. 12% service charge seems excessive when the service was below par. “Very pleasant staff with a warm greeting. I was shown to my room which was very small and only just accommodated a double bed. The bathroom was equally minute and sadly both were in need of refreshing the decor. The main negatives was the level of lighting that had little effect on the dark and dingy room. The area designated for tea/coffee etc and the only working area had no light at all so almost impossible to use. Nice touches along with a good range of complementary beverages were a……
