“My boyfriend and I traveled from MD for a wedding. Shawn was great with communication, and was able make accommodations for us upon request.The condo is perfect for two, with a shared dock in the back. Easy access to entertainment. We walked a lot because we preferred, but only a short drive if needed. Would suggest renting a golf cart The condo was clean and just as described. Would recommend if staying in the area. Thank again, Shawn for everything!”

“I was so impressed with this condo. It is definitely upscale with a great view. The bedroom is so roomy and the closet is almost a walk-in. Lots of drawer space too. The kitchen was very nice - all updated appliances, granite countertops and cabinets with all the necessities! Coffee was provided and a couple of other goodies to get me through until I could get to the store. As you walk out the sliding glass doors to the pool (no stairs) the view is a beautiful waterway lined with gorgeous boats……

“Townhome was roomy, clean, and comfortable. Less than half mile walk to beach. Walkable to shops, restaurants, and grocery store. Ample parking. Nice, new appliances including washer and dryer. Pool is lovely with pleasant water temperature, and plenty of lounge chairs. Neighborhood is great for walking with lots of friendly people out and about. I highly recommend this townhome and hope I can stay here again soon. ”
