“Da fühlte ich mich sehr wohl. Alles ist sehr sauber und alle sind freundlich. Wäre gerne mehr als vier Tage geblieben aber jeder Urlaub geht mal zu Ende. ich werde dieses Hotel das nächste Mal wieder buchen. Es ist auch sehr gut gelegen, alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar.”

“Kind, courteous staff. Only stayed here one night when arriving in Cartagena before heading to the islands. Wish we had come back here for the second part of our trip in Cartagena. Convenient location to lively nightlife, restaurants, etc yet no right on the corner and rooms are away from the street so they are *quiet* at night. ”

“Such a wonderful hidden gem right around the corner to all the top bars, restaurants and sites in the walled city. According to the front desk, the casa used to be the US Embassy. The hotel has only a few apartments. Our room included a living room, two full baths, laundry room, and a bedroom with a view of the beautiful courtyard. Benjamin at the front desk provided great recommendations and also arranged for transportation. The terrace has a pool and beautifully decorated with amazing views of……

“We spent 5 days at Casa San Agustin for our anniversary, and this was the perfect place to celebrate! The hotel is beautiful, clean and in the middle of everything. Staff was gracious and accommodating. I definitely recommend spending a day at Acasi beach - stunning and relaxing. Dinner at their restaurant was superb. Shout out to Laura for making our 25th an anniversary we will never forget!”

“This property was perfect . You can’t beat the location . Everything within a 10-15 walk . The rooms are huge ! And had amenity.. ( blower, robes, slippers, iron , complimentary water and cookies and great soaps . ) The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The lighting in the room Is very dim . But bathroom light is sufficient for makeup application. And breakfast was great ! Book it !! It’s worth it ! ”

“This place is great because it’s social and so many activities everyday. The rooms are nice and clean. As for the staff some of them Are very nice and friendly and than others they are a bit stand off. They look at you unfriendly and don’t really want to interact with you. But the really nice ones were amazing. Careful with the cafe at the hostel it is insanely expensive. Just go right outside and walk to the right and you’ll find food for 1/4 of that price and you can pay with card. ”

“Staff is wonderful. Extremely helpful and assisted us with transportation needs during our stay. The property is pristine and nicely kept. Breakfast was good and the rooftop is beautiful with great views and relaxin ambience. The room was huge and the bed was by far the comfiest bed we’ve had on vacation. Only thing that could have been better was the hot water situation. Shower was always cold/room temp which wasn’t terrible on hot days but would have enjoyed a warmer shower. ”
