“Great place to close out a wonderful tour of southern Colorado. Comfortable, wee-appointed, friendly, clean. So relaxing.”

“The guesthouse was built in 1934 and has been well taken care of. It still maintains its original character and charm with a few modern conveniences. Although close to busy Highway 24, it was amazingly quiet at night. Plus, it is super convenient for visits back to Colorado Springs or Garden of the Gods. There are many other hiking opportunities nearby. Ann was quick to communicate and was happy to help in any way. She also provided delicious oatmeal raisin cookies...what a bonus! I would highly……

“Stayed for a long weekend. Close to many great attractions in Colorado Springs area, and just a short drive to Manitou. Perfect amount of space for two people. It’s a bit closer to the other buildings than it looks in the listing photos, but it’s a very quiet area and the neighborhood is nicely tucked back into the woods while still being right by the highway to get to where you want to go. There is an amazing view of the mountains through the upstairs skylight and the little stream running……

“A very cozy cabin in the mountains. The host was great and the food even better. Great communication and everything was well planned out and could be counted on.”

“The host puts a lot of work into keeping this place clean and hospitable. She provided snacks, laundry detergent, shampoo body wash and some drinks. The only thing worth noting is that this is a room built into the back of the host’s home and you can hear their tv through the wall. This wasn’t a huge problem to us but it wasn’t clearly detailed in the listing and it may be a deal breaker to others. ”

“My wife and I stayed for 4 nights, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was clean, cozy, and close to many attractions, including Raspberry Mountain which was our favorite hike. The hot tub was a definite plus especially after long hikes each day. Only thing we would have loved to see would be something to cook breakfast on outside. We ended up buying a camping cook top which worked perfect to make eggs. Would definitely come back next time we venture to CO.”

“The place was nice and clean. The owners were nice as well. The only thing was that we wished that the Ring door bell didn't have a full view of the hot tub. It just felt a little wierd while we were in it.”
