“The hotel provided daily cleaning which was nice and unusual to us for a 7-day resort stay. However, we were surprised that the unit didn't provide any tissue paper or paper towel for the kitchen. One single small cutting knife provided in the kitchen can barely cut through an apple. There was neither a dishwasher, nor dish washing liquid, sponge or kitchen towels. So, we had to purchase those basic items from grocery store. The beach was in a walkable distance from the hotel. But I didn't……

“Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit……

“Overall nice stay but expected more. Pain points: the service (activities, animation and a feeling of under staffed situation), kids club (and although interns put their heart into it), long lines waiting for everything especially the bar, restaurant buffet: the bar is low for most of the days. However, the restaurant Moonlight à la carte was a good surprise. The room was isolated, however, there are some renovations ongoing in the building front of it. The cleaning was light on top of that. ”

“It’s not really a 4 star hotel, room and amenities not reach standard. Not much offer other than the pool. Breakfast just standard and it’s very inconvenience without a car. Front desk is not friendly and provide information. The positive is room with large balcony and close the small beach. It’s not worth for stay”
