“There were drunk loud people in the room right under us. They kept us awake, we asked them nicely to be quiet. But it didn't change, so I called down to the front desk. She said she was familiar with the guys in the room and would talk to them. She did and they were quiet. The walls are very thin in the rooms, you can hear what everyone on each side of you is doing and saying. It needs insulation. It would be nice if they served a continental breakfast. Having said all that, I would……

“The hotel room was great – very comfortable and clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was generous and tasty, especially the waffles, which were delicious! Breakfast was served a bit early for vacationers who enjoy sleeping in, but everything else was truly excellent. The town itself was also wonderful. All in all, a perfect stay! ”

“It's a motel and the location is pretty good. Everything is in walking distance since it's a small town. Yet, the lodge is too old and it's on the main street. You can hear everything, even the snores next door.”

“We had a change of plans for our road trip and found this delightful B and B at the last minute. We were very pleasantly surprised; the property is beautiful architecturally, the hosts were really gracious and welcoming, and the breakfasts were wonderful. Murphy's is a little foodie haven with a bunch of local cellar doors open to the public, and historic goldrush era buildings in the surrounding villages. We didn't plan for tennis, but the hosts are both ex pros; so if tennis is your thing,……
