“Overall, our stay was OK. We came back to the room after eating on our second day to a saturated floor in our room. Went to service desk & they were going to send someone up, but no one ever came to check out the issue. Shoes & items were soaked with water from an unknown source. Breakfast was ok, but they ran out of juice & water, so there was nothing to drink. Fire & Ice was great! Housekeeping staff was extremely helpful & pleasant!”

“Hotel is under construction, but the customer service was AMAZING and it didn’t interfere with the amenities and services. Breakfast was very good. We can’t wait to see the renovations when it’s done. We would definitely stay here again. ”
