“ Lovely hotel in a beautiful old building which has been converted into the hotel but kept all the amazing features of the old architecture. Our room was lovely and clean. Bed and pillows very comfy. Breakfast buffet was good with choices of hot English breakfast or cold continental and a choice of pastries too. Short walk to either the river or into the lively area of Matthew St where there are lots of bars with live music. A great hotel. Would stay again if we visit Liverpool again. ”
