“Beautiful grounds. Great activities for the kids. The food was disappointing. Lack of AC in barn area where we paid $75 for a BBQ buffet hosted by the Hyatt. Also, very limited options for the buffet. Definitely not worth $75. Food in other restaurants were also so-so. There were kids in the lazy river who were throwing rocks at each other and in the pool. There was NO one to monitor or correct these kids. Either staff or parents. Very frustrating for a mom of two toddlers. ”

“This property was absolutely perfect in every way. The house was immaculate. It lacks for nothing. The kitchen was fully stocked with every item you could possibly need. The amount of towels in the bathrooms were over flowing. The pool area with the waterfall was spectacular. The outdoor kitchen was extraordinary. This is a 5 star top notch property. We are already planning our next trip. If you are in the area, don’t hesitate in choosing Mesquite Retreat!”
