“The property was clean and quiet. Felt safe as a solo traveler. The check in process was a little strange with one live person there in the lobby who started the process and then being referred to kiosk with a person remotely completing the check in via video chat. And then being referred back to live person. Not bad just a bit odd. Would start there again if in the area. ”

“I love staying in Hampton Inns. They always have fresh coffee in the lobby. This time, the person at the desk who checked in my dog and I was super friendly. I can't say the same for the evening person at the desk. Not as friendly. The room was clean however the sheets had a stain on them. I have never had that happen at previous Hampton Inn stays so I am going to say it was an oversight however, it was a bit disgusting. In addition, the air conditioner did not work well.
