“We'll definitely stay here if/when we return for another stay in Canon City. Good communication from the property manager. The place is just far enough from the main roads to be quiet, but close enough to stores, restaurants, etc. From the large, well-equipped kitchen, to the comfortable living area, to the cozy sleeping areas, to the huge shower and bathroom, we could spend the rest of the day trying to find a flaw and come up with nothing. The place is perfect.”

“Jeff’s place is a cozy and perfect place to stay if your going to see a show at Red Rocks, or are wanting to explore the nearby area. Morrison was a quaint little town and the surrounding area has so much hiking and beauty. Jeff is a very hospitable host and kept in good communications with us throughout our stay. He was kind enough to allow us to check in a little early as well. Thanks Jeff!”

The neighborhood seems safe enough - no issues or concerns with parking one car. Convenient and close enough to major roadways, but not too close. Plenty of food options nearby. “Janelle’s house was perfect for a long weekend with old friends. There was more than enough room for the six of us. All the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could want or need to create and enjoy group meals. We enjoyed all the out door spaces, including the bocce ball court, and the hiking trail. Janell met us when we checked in, and promptly answered any questions we had while we were there. Everyone in the group said they’d love to rent the house again. ”

“The house is very nicely located at walking distance from the main ski lifts. The access to a ski locker right by the ski lift is also very very convenient. The house has a nice floor plan and is nicely equipped and is exactly as described. The external hot tub with a view on the mountain is great. All in all this is a very nice place for ski vacations with friends or family. ”

“We loved our stay at Josie’s place! It was a lovely, spacious, affordable home central to a lot of outdoor activities in the area. We went to Ouray, Ridgeway State Park, and Black Canyon of the Gunnison! We’ve got two littles, and the house was very kid friendly. ”
