“The gentleman at check-in was super helpful and kind. We unintentionally came into town during a car show and sat in gridlock traffic for 2 hours to travel approximately a mile after leaving Dollywood. The front desk gentleman was kind enough to call us and talk us through a "backway" to the hotel which completely saved my sanity! The hotel is older but in a great location and the rooms are clean!”

“The staff were all so friendly. The breakfast was better than any hotel breakfast I've ever had. The rooms were vintage but very clean. My one single complaint is that there is no mini fridge in the rooms, but the location, service, and rooms more than make up for it. I'll definitely try getting a room here again next time I come to Gatlinburg.”

“Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”

“This property was very well kept. Staff was friendly and cared about our stay. A small breakfast bar was served. Delicious! We will definitely be staying here again and suggesting to our friends. The creek view and ducks were so much fun to watch. ”
