“The experience was very disappointing. Within 5 minutes of arriving we checked the hottub and it was cold. This was the main reason for getting a cabin as we wanted a private hotub. I called it in and a maintenance man arrived saying theres nothing he can do and it wont be fixed during our stay. Once we unpacked we noticed the pull out couch was broke and sitting on the floor. “The cabin is next to a dumpster churning trash 24/7. Trash is constantly being dumped & tons of garbage piled up which led to massive bears surrounding our cabin & preventing us from leaving. After calling they cleaned the area around the trash compactor but left multiple other bags. Our view from the windows & porch the entire trip was mounds of trash in the creek. The bears came back every night to visit the trash. Management never cleaned it up even by the time we left. The 2nd morning we……
