“We checked in after midnight as we need to stay for one night before return home. Check in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. Reception lady was courteous and efficient. Would certainly stay again if needed in future.”

“The restaurant downstairs had very inexperienced employees, as I my husband 3 times got up to get our food from the window as it had sat there at least 15 minutes each time... One person walked around to each table asking everyone "is this what you ordered" even though the tables were all clearly numbered and the waitress' insisted on putting the number on the order slip! Took forever, very confused. However, room was great! Close to the airport but not on the grounds. Loved the hotel itself.”

“The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that the walls are PAPER THIN. You can hear every little noise, I kept waking up on the hour due to hearing people talking downstairs, next door, in the hallway, in the restaurant( I was on the first floor right above restaurant) this kept going all night! Other than that, the location is amazing! Room was clean, bed was comfortable but was unable to sleep all night ”

“It was a very hidden away hotel and a great place to be if you are looking to be close to Gatwick for early flights, the bed was super comfy and the excitement of our holiday we couldn’t sleep but it was easy to access and only a few minutes away by taxi. Thank you so much for having us and it is one I would recommend ”
