“This place was absolutely lovely! Family like environment and amazing customer service. Rooms were great, beds were comfortable. Very very clean. Had a pool with an amazing view over the river. 10/10 will be booking with them every time we come to Charleston. ”

“The room wasn’t 100% clean. There wasn’t a latch to lock the door so I had to put the table in front of the door for extra protection. The towels are all stained (I brought my own so I didn’t use them) there was dirt build up in the corners of the room. Housekeeping came pounding on the door at 9 when checkout is at 11 so that was kind of frustrating. The staff member that checked me in was nice the one i checked out with was on the rude side. But you get what you pay for. Also, there’s a pool……

“This was a very sweet space. They thought of everything! There are a few things within walking distance, but it is a little farther out from the French Quarter area. That said, it is also more affordable than other places! There is offstreet parking, which is nice, but believe it when they say only small cars will fit!”

“Beautiful, large room that comfortably fit a family of five with a balcony overlooking the market square. Great service. Loved all the complementary items (breakfast, wine, cheese & charcuterie, all day candy, tea, coffee & fruit, cookies, milk & port at night). Great to be in the heart of the French Quarter for first time visitor yet the hotel still felt safe and quiet.”

“I was disappointed that there were no ice machines and that there were no room service options. (Namely coffee) I’m unsure where this information is but perhaps you could better inform people. ”
