“I enjoyed my stay. Perfect location for my quick weekend visit. Thank you!”

“Access for older or disabled people is very difficult. Uneven stairs and patio blocks make it a hazard. Musty smell activated my wife's allergies. VRBO's communication system not functioning. Could not respond to messages, nor could we initiate a message. Needed to call VRBO contact number to get garbage bags and kleenex. Not a make or break, but a nuisance when on vacation - time consuming. Overall, nice place to stay, however I can't get used to a porta potty 2 steps from the entrance.”

“The house is spacious and clean and the manager is helpful. You should know 2 things however. First there is no air conditioning which is a problem on hot days. It was 85 inside the house one night. Second this property is close to a freeway and gets lots of freeway noise to the point where we didn’t want to use the nice outdoor spaces.”

“This is a very nice large sunny clean house with tons of space, tons of sunlight, beautiful location and view. It had a fish pond, a chicken coop and a large redwood tree on property. Absolutely beautiful. The one challenge is a 200-300 hike uphill to the house. There is no Parking near the house and if you have anyone with difficulty walking uphill, don't stay there.”

“The space was certainly adequate. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, even after the property owner changed the mattress. It was not a property suitable for socially distancing, private space.”
