“Brand new hostel in Playa del Carmen (and the best location in town). Everything is clean and comfortable, and it’s nice to have a rooftop pool and co-working space. All the staff members are super friendly and helpful. You don’t have to be a young backpacker to stay here, the vibe is calm & relaxed, not a party hostel. I ended up extending my stay many times, thank you! ”

“We booked the Deluxe room & it was excellent, more like an apartment with a very spacious kitchen & lounge area, 2 balconies & big bathroom. Great location only a short walk to restaurants/bars/beach. Secure parking. Nice pool. Only downside there was no dishwashing liquid or brush to do the dishes which is needed. ”

“We stayed there for 7 nights in a 2 bedroom suite. Everything was perfect. The apartment was sparkling clean with a gorgeous view. The pools are amazing! The property is walking distance from everything on 5th street. There was a lot of seaweed in the ocean so we mostly used the pool and rented a car to visit the ruins. The hotel assisted us with renting the vehicle which was reasonable and delivered to the property in an hour. Highly recommend this hotel! Thank you ”

“Dies ist ein charmantes Boutiquehotel. Es besticht durch geschmackvolle Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten und ein fantastisches Frühstück im Garten. Lärm dürfte überall in Playa del Carmen ein Problem sein, so hört man auch hier den Lärm vom Restaurant nebenan. Mit Ohrstöpseln lässt sich das aber gut lösen. ”

“Beautiful place and very convenient location.”

“Just back of the famous 5th Avenue but totaly quiet room. Great cleaning. A small big pool for a great relax and talk with friends time. Nice shallow area for kids. A few minutes walk to the Great 38th street. Nice wine place at the corner ( call Off the vine) or a more local Muy Salsa. Awesome staff and Sergio, a most helpfull and friendly man. He arranged our taxi from and to the Airport with excellent drivers. Would go back fir sure.”

“I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. Here are the reasons for my disappointing experience: 1. Terrible Noise and Location The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. The hotel is located in a very noisy area, with several bars downstairs blasting deafening music until 2 AM every single night. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep. 2. Poor Hygiene and Room Conditions The cleanliness of the rooms was appalling. There were water leaks on the walls, stains on the bedding, and……
