“This was an amazing getaway for us prior to setting sail for an 8 day cruise. The house was amazing along with the grounds. So much to do right there and never have to leave. The host didn’t miss one single need and even some needs we didn’t know we had like the cupcakes. lol. ”

Capt. Rick was a great host and checked in with us periodically to make sure our stay was going well and provided updates on when to expect pool service, etc. Would stay here again!”

“We had a great stay at this property!! Honestly, the early mornings on the river deck couldn’t be beat! So fun to see the manatees daily. The house is well laid out and suited our needs. The house also had pool toys, beach chairs, bikes, kayaks, etc. We were especially pleased that it was dog friendly! Distance to the beach would be the only concern. It’s walkable, but with having younger children and older family members, we only drove (but that wasn’t an issue for us). We would love to return……

It's located in a quiet neighborhood, but just a couple minutes away from everything that we were hoping to experience in Cocoa beach and only an hour away from Disney and Universal. Zareh was great to deal with and answered any questions we had quickly. We appreciated the pool on the hot humid days and it was really nice having a washer and dryer available.
