“The house was beautiful, clean and located perfect for the area we spent most of our time downtown. The snacks and coffee bar were a great addition. We were let in early which was helpful and quick communication with the host. Only downfall was a “reported neighbor” reported to the host that there was a large amount of people at the house which there was not and we did have some friends drop off our beach chairs off they were very strict saying no one else allowed on the property that was not on……

“This home was perfect for our family. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, but just a couple minutes away from everything that we were hoping to experience in Cocoa beach and only an hour away from Disney and Universal. Zareh was great to deal with and answered any questions we had quickly. We appreciated the pool on the hot humid days and it was really nice having a washer and dryer available. “Pictures are accurate and it’s a beautiful property. I think saying you can walk to the beach is a stretch if you have young kids. You have to cross a main road to get to public beach access. Parking is also tight. Check in was frustrating. We got there 30 minutes early - after a nine hour car ride. There was a car in the driveway and if you haven’t noticed there is only one pic of the front of the house at the very end of all 99 pictures. I went up just to make sure we were at the right……

“I booked this 6-bedroom, 3-bath home for a group retreat. The layout was great for a group our size, and the kitchen was beautiful and well-equipped. We enjoyed our time overall, but I was surprised by the amount of wear and tear throughout the property—especially considering it was priced similarly to higher-end homes we’ve rented in the past.Both outdoor patios were very dirty upon arrival, and we had to clean them ourselves before guests arrived. “Excellent property, from the open, spacious house, to the pool/hot tub to the dock with paddle boat. Everything was exactly as listed! Very quiet and enjoyable.”

“Property was clean and some minor maintenance issues were resolved very timely. Loved watching some dolphins and manatees in the water behind the house. Only downside was it was a bit more of a walk to the beach than we were hoping for. But overall we would definitely stay here next time we're in Cocoa Beach!”
