“We stayed here for a girls weekend and our expectations were exceeded!!! There were so many little details that were just so thoughtful! Blow up Happy Birthday cakes and signs… cupcakes for all 8 of us! Everytime we said dang it I forgot we looked around and the owners had it there for you!! The beach was a short walk and if you stay make sure to check out The Fat Donkey Ice Cream place and Whisk and Grind for breakfast!! ”

“The Surf Shack was comfortable and charming. Our two families had everything we needed to enjoy our time. The location was a quick drive to all the best spots in Cocoa Beach. We were able to easily see two rocket launches (one from the driveway and one from the Cocoa Beach pier), enjoy ice cream at the Fat Donkey and drinks at Coconuts. “Enjoyed staying at this house for some peace and quiet. House is plenty spacious for certainly 2 and up to 3 couples. Lanai was nice to relax in the shade. Pool is perfect for just lounging. House is outfitted with plenty of utensils, pans, etc.. Drip coffee maker for those interested. Close enough to the beach to walk about 10 minutes. Close to dining and shopping options. Publix is 2 minutes driving up the road or a 10ish minute walk. Saw dolphins and manatee in the canal during our……

“This home was perfect for our family. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, but just a couple minutes away from everything that we were hoping to experience in Cocoa beach and only an hour away from Disney and Universal. Zareh was great to deal with and answered any questions we had quickly. We appreciated the pool on the hot humid days and it was really nice having a washer and dryer available. Also having the playpen and pool toys for the grandkids and beach necessities for everyone was……

“We had a great stay at this property!! Honestly, the early mornings on the river deck couldn’t be beat! So fun to see the manatees daily. The house is well laid out and suited our needs. The house also had pool toys, beach chairs, bikes, kayaks, etc. We were especially pleased that it was dog friendly! Distance to the beach would be the only concern. It’s walkable, but with having younger children and older family members, we only drove (but that wasn’t an issue for us). We would love to return……
