“Great place to relax for our holiday weekend getaway with friends (party of 6). Spent the days relaxing in the pool. Caught a few spotted sea trout off the dock, and even caught a glimpse of a dolphin. The kitchen and grill allowed us the ability to dine in for every meal. And the living room was spacious and comfortable enough for us all to gather and watch football too! Hosts were easy to communicate with, and were quick to respond to our needs. Enjoyed our stay! ”

“The house was great with an outstanding kitchen and dining area. We enjoyed using the outdoor space and pool very much. It had a great location near the beach, where we were able to catch a morning launch on our last morning. Our only regret was the trip was too short. We'd definitely stay here again!”

“This house was a short walk to the beach and very centrally located to all the attractions on Cocoa Beach. There was ample space for everyone. Great house for seniors. We thoroughly enjoyed the outside oasis in the backyard. Property manager was extremely helpful. Would definitely rent this place again. ”
