“It was our first time at Cocoa Beach and we loved the town. Great food, lots within walking distance. The condo is quiet and comfortable, and the view from the balcony is ideal. Umbrella and beach chair rentals are located right beside beach access and beach was not crowded. We would definitely come back.”

“I would stay here instantly if headed back to Florida. The place was perfect and included all the amenities!! Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, toys for kiddos. Truly you wouldn’t have wanted anything. Absolutely loved our stay!! ”

“Close to beach, restaurants, and cool spot to view rocket launched. There is a bagel shop practically beside the condo for easy breakfast. The host is quick to respond to communication and the place has a bit of anything you might need.”

“Great place. Very clean and updated. Obviously, awesome location location. The property manager is exceptionally responsive.Two thumbs up.”

“Our stay was wonderful, plenty of things to do within walking distance and a pretty beach! Staff answered very quickly in the app. The only down fall for us, which may be a perk for some is that there was a restaurant/club that go pretty crazy at night. ”
