“Lihua was really communicative and easy to work with. She let us check in early since we arrived to Cocoa Beach earlier than expected. Check-in/out easy. Condo met our needs. Loved being directly on the beach. Only complaint is you need an actual key to get into the building and onto the beach access. There were only 2 keys and 4 of us staying there which made the beach days tricky. Wish there would have been a keypad for the beach access at least. Otherwise it was a nice condo directly on……

“This property was perfect for us and our two boys. We never felt cramped and it’s so spacious!! What really can’t be beat is the location because it’s across the street from a nice quiet spot in the beach. Plus you can walk to some of the better restaurants in Cocoa Beach. We did several excursions during our stay, and each one was only 5-6 mins from this property. If you want a good coffee in the morning, once again you have options just walking distance from here. We can definitely see……

“Our stay was wonderful, plenty of things to do within walking distance and a pretty beach! Staff answered very quickly in the app. The only down fall for us, which may be a perk for some is that there was a restaurant/club that go pretty crazy at night. ”
