“Nice, clean place in a great location! Pros: - Clean - Nice water pressure in shower! - Free parking - Great location - Washer/dryer in the unit Cons: - Although the primary bed was extremely comfortable, the sofa bad where my tweens slept was extremely uncomfortable. They were hardly able to sleep. - When I booked the place, I thought I was booking a hotel, not a private unit. There was no house-cleaning performed during our 5-night stay. “This was the worst experience of my 5-day trip to Miami, and it was one of the most terrifying nights of my trip. The room was way too dark, even with all the lights on, it still felt dim. “At first, I was apprehensive to book given mixed reviews from other guests. However, the price point was significantly lower than other hotels in the area. Took a chance, and I’m glad I did! The hotel is lovely and very convenient to everything we wanted to do in South Beach. The hotel even has a private beach right next to the 1 Hotel (literally across the street).
