“We really enjoyed our stay at Indigo. The room was clean, fresh and looked to be newly remodeled. The location was perfect for jumping on the Marta. “Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”

“I have stayed at this hotel three times now this year and it is my new Atlanta favorite. My primary reason is the staff; they make the hotel experience every stay. The culinary staff is my next favorite thing here. They pride themselves on the guest culinary experience and they do not disappoint. I enjoy eating at their restaurant, Reverence, every time but equally enjoy the offerings poolside for lunch. The food is always amazing. I highly, highly, highly recommend this property. ”

“I stayed at the Ritz Carlton - Atlanta from Friday 9/5 until Monday 9/8 for a solo family reunion trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the cleaning crew did an excellent job maintaining the room and everyday I returned from my adventures, the room was clean and tidy. "The route to the room was confusing and there was no clear guidance. Many guests, like us, kept getting lost and taking the wrong paths over and over again.
The front desk service was excellent. The interior of the hotel rooms, the swimming pool facilities, the bar, etc. all met the standards of a four-star hotel. However, the toilet in the room was not much different from that in a motel. It was rather simple and it seemed that the hotel had run out of funds when it came to decorating the toilets in the rooms."
"First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional.
Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that the room was not cleaned.
Last, I don’t think the staffs in this hotel treat all the guests equally. I’m not comfortable with it.
