“Room was nicely redone, clean, and comfortable. Bed and pillows perfect. Close to the Hot Springs pool, Tequila's and Rosi"s, two of Glenwood"s best eateries. ”

“Cosmetic issues. Entry door was different shades of white. Bathroom door was missing paint. Overall not a bad hotel. Staff was friendly. Women who made breakfast was very friendly and outgoing. Hotel and surrounding area was clean ”

“I never saw they charge for parking when I booked and it wasn't in the email confirmation. The staff had to ask if I drove and there would be a $10 charge for parking. It isn't that much about the money, but the fact management puts their staff in a difficult situation to have to ask for the $10. I stayed in mid May during the off season and the parking lot filled up. The lot is small and will fill up fast. It is a nice and clean newer hotel. Just charge everyone $5 more so the staff don't need……
