“Excelente option in Palisade. The Hotel is surrounded by vineyards with impressive mountain views. Very quaint decor and surroundings. Comfortable and quiet. Staff was very helpful. Would stay here again.”

“We visit Fruita once or twice a year and love to stay at the rentals managed by Kristy and Mike. This property worked well for 2 adult couples and our dogs. Comfortable large king suite, small queen room, well equipped spacious kitchen, and plenty of living room seating. Dining room seats 4-6 comfortably.”

“Loved our stay at the Minturn Haus. Beds were very comfortable and the spaciousness and ceiling height made us feel at home. Very large dining room table but small kitchen. We elected to eat out with so many food options through the area. The wine theme of the apartment resonated with us but sure wish the wine bar downstairs was still in business. Everything was exactly as described and we would stay here again with pleasure. Thanks!”
