“This was the worst experience of my 5-day trip to Miami, and it was one of the most terrifying nights of my trip. The room was way too dark, even with all the lights on, it still felt dim. At 5 am, I was woken up by a loud, repetitive noise. It sounded like someone was using a key card to tap on a table or wall every 15 seconds.
