“It is clean and the bed is comfortable, but there is a smell like wood. It can be solved by opening the window. Another problem is about the wall, which is too thin and enable you to hear the sound from next room. ( Luckily they stop making “ love” sound in midnight) The staff doesn’t know English, so you may can’t ask him anything , including hotel shuttle service( I didn’t use this service at last) it is convenient to go to ORLY airport.”

“I paid for the hotel through Hotel.com and lived in this hotel in April. The staff told me they didn't have the payment record and I needed to pay again when I checked out. Finally I found them I was charged twice and contacted them for follow up. They admitted it was a mistake and agreed to refund. “My overall stay was excellent. For the location of the hotel it was perfect for my staff. Staff were excellent all in all except during my late night check in, it wasnt a very welcoming and I had to wait after the check in process started because one of the staff who apparently was under training (which would have helped if they told me) left me to go help someone else. They were very polite I must say. A tip would be to let the customers know they are under training in order to help them as……
