“Overall the property is nice however there are some signs of age. The elevator to the parking garage was out of order during my stay which meant going up and down 2 or 3 floors. Not a big deal, but a small inconvenience. Also while my room was clean, it was musty. It smelled like there has been a lot of cooking in the kitchen and the kitchen odors have gotten into the furniture and carpet. It needs freshening up. Otherwise it was perfect.”
"I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience with her."
