“前台工作人员办理入住时的态度非常冷漠 入住后晚上睡觉时发现床单上有许多根散散落落的长头发 还有很多黑色小点点 什么东西未知 房间空调中吹出来的是冷气 但关掉不吹更冷 入住那天下雨 室外楼梯已经被水浸泡的一踩就把鞋子浸湿了 周边很远的范围内 也只有墨西哥菜的很小很小的餐厅 海风很大 吹的很响 入住的体验感并不nice”

“Gave an extended weekend trip to my sister and brother in law for their 59th birthdays. They had an amazing relaxing time. They are repeat visitors at the Palms because it is second to none on Ocean Beach. Bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas provided making it stress free. Staff is always accommodating including assisting with luggage at the dock. They took their own boat and the staff still met them and assisted. They had one glitch, the AC in their room suddenly went out (which is……

“The booking was accidentally made twice and when I checked in I mentioned to DEV (a very nice employee at the desk) that I was due a refund. He said he knew about the error and had fixed the problem, that a refund would be issued. I’m still due a refund. What phone number should I call for help?”

“This property is steps away from the ferry, steps away from the beach and steps away from food, drinks and music. We had a great time. Cassie greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed!!!! She also went out of her way to make my daughters 21st birthday special. Highly recommend this property.”
