“by far has to be the worst experience I ever had staying at a hotel. Very unprofessional. There’s not even a sign where to check into the actual hotel. I had to wait online with a bunch of degenerate gambler’s for about 20 minutes just to get into the lobby. after someone had to point out where the front desk was just to check into the hotel. after proceeding to our room, I came down to get a quick sandwich from the cafeteria. I told them I needed a turkey sandwich, and they gave me a ham……

“Everything is perfect”

“We only stayed for one night, which was suitable for a brief visit. Unfortunately, the coffee machine in our room was out of order, requiring us to visit the lobby for hot water and drinking water. The bathroom was spacious and featured a modern shower. However, the toilet bowl had not been thoroughly cleaned for guests, as we noticed a small, faeces-like stain on the side of the bowl. ”

“前台工作人员办理入住时的态度非常冷漠 入住后晚上睡觉时发现床单上有许多根散散落落的长头发 还有很多黑色小点点 什么东西未知 房间空调中吹出来的是冷气 但关掉不吹更冷 入住那天下雨 室外楼梯已经被水浸泡的一踩就把鞋子浸湿了 周边很远的范围内 也只有墨西哥菜的很小很小的餐厅 海风很大 吹的很响 入住的体验感并不nice”

“Property was clean, but rooms were a bit run down. AC/Heat was not working properly and was obnoxiously loud when used. There was no water pressure. Staff was asked not to disturb and the knocking on the door started at 10am on a 3 day stay. ”
