“The location is great to stay and lots of restaurants are nearby. The service and kindness of staff are excellent.”

“Booked only 1 night when we stopped by Nha Trang. Arrvied early in the monring so had to wait for the room but the staff was nice enough to offer resting area on the lobby & floor 7 where the pool is. The young front desk staff Jun was nice and tried his best to make the checking-in process smooth. We were offered the free upgrade to the fill sea view room which was really nice. We were also offered to checkout late at 2pm as our bus was scheduled in the evening, thanks to the quiet season……

“It is not neccessary for security guy to ask guests on what they do, which room they live. Other than that, the hotel is great in every way.”

“Chambre : rapport qualité prix très bien. Très grande chambre, propre et calme. Emplacement : à 7min à pied de la mer. Bons quartiers pour sortir (restaurants, laverie, café…) et à 1h20 à pied des télécabines qui relient à Vinepearl Personnel : agréables, réactifs ”

“Location is at the city centre where shopping and eating out is convenient. Front desk staff are very helpful though English communication is a bit hard. Breakfast is of good quality and would think of some changes everyday. The room is spacious with a balcony where we could still enjoy the seaview on a high floor The housekeeping staff should talk at a lower voice at the corridor so that it would not cause nuisance to the room guests.”

“整體上還可以，酒店位置很便利，櫃台服務人員很殷勤，唯其他服務人員很少，泳池未見有任何服務人員，住客隨便擺放已用完的毛巾，沒有人處理。早餐時，服務人員也不多，他們忙碌收拾餐具，已顯現疲累了。ibis 酒店一向受大眾歡迎入住的。惟今次的住宿經驗，服務人員人手不足，部份地方欠了整潔的感覺。”

“The staff were extremely pleasant. There were minor maintenance issues, such as the extremely slow shower drain. Really there wasn't anything worth complaining about. It was a very pleasant stay, and I consider it a bargain. ”

“訂了四間房，地點算是蠻棒的！出來到處都吃的，算非常市中心，價格也很棒！”

“整體來說是滿意的，特別是躺在床上就能看到海灘(海景房間），下午太熱不出門，躺著在浴缸泡水也可以看到外面的海灘，真的很難得的房間。櫃檯小姐很漂亮服務親切。住這間房間的缺點就是1.乾濕分離的玻璃門常常會不小心撞到 2.空調冷氣會吹到頭，很難調整方向 3.沐浴瓶子很很難擠得出乳液 4.位在死巷的最裡面，搭車很難開得進去”

“我住在18樓但係夜間酒吧聲都 傳到上嚟， 大約一點先至冇。 我住ocean view 房間，但係海景少量。 我看見有入住房間有 果盤， 但係我們沒有。 冷氣瞓到半夜就自動熄， 被熱醒。 早餐選擇少， 我到芽莊住了七天酒店， 整體這一間比較差。”

“Great location near the city, night market and the beach. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and tidy with amazing view. Definitely worth to pay to the rooftop 360 pool during the day and enjoy the night party. Lots of people in the hotel and the lifts take a while. But only minor comments overall. ”
