“The entire hotel staff are absolutely wonderful - they are always friendly and welcoming. They are really what makes this place great. The buffet food was great and our room was wonderful. The rOom and hotel in general were immaculately clean. Even the beach along the nearby coast is crystal clear and clean. would say the water for showering isn't great but I'm not sure there's a whole lot that can be done about that. The hotel is also quite far from Stone Town/the airport, so be prepared to……

“This was an exceptional stay. The accomodations at The Level were beautiful and clean and beyond what I expected. Every detail was considered e.g. The toiletries were top notch and the room had everything you could need including beach blankets beach bags, umbrellas, steamer for your clothes.The list is endless. The pool areas ( there where several) were comfortable relaxing and clean and there were several activities, games and excursons. The Spa is amazing and the gym had everything one……

“Only good partw were to have a bed and hot water. Otherwise it was a very unhappy experience. Bedroom not ready despite arriving over two hours after earliest check in time. Spa not open. Pool dirty unused with few inches of water. No breakfast despite being included. Toilet cistern broken. No privacy from outside when showering. Locked out after leaving briefly to find a cafe for breakfast. ”

“我和太太在这住了2天，这里有一块非常干净和迷人的海滩！你可以在这里享受阳光、沙滩以及海风，当然还有海上日落的美景！酒店非常安静，房间设施稍显陈旧但还算整洁，有免费的WIFI（我们去的时候正赶上老板更新设备，现在房间内也有信号了，呵呵）、适合静静的、傻傻的待上几天。性价比还不错！美中不足的是酒店的空调设备噪音有点大、电力供应不是特别稳定，建议老板投资更换！”

“Perhaps there are better rooms, but our room ( nadia) is very noisy throughout our stay. Not just u could hear people shouting and chirldren playing and car horns, but the worst is that there are some sort of aircon machines right outside yr window so u can also hear the engine sound. There are too many more quiet but equally convenient boutique hotels in Stonetown but since we had already paid so we could not change hotel. DONT TRUST THE COMMENTS ANY MORE FROM HOTELS.COM! (P.S. “Bodde 4 dager i Deluxerom. Litt hard seng, men romslig nye rom, stort bad med dusj. Svømmebassenget rett utfor døren var flott og rent. Frukost var den beste på vår ferietur i 3 veker på Zanzibar. Ikke middag på hotellet, men beachrestauranten ved stranda, server Antares også. Kort spasertur på 3 minutter til stranda, der solstoler/parasoller var reservert for oss hele dagen. ”

“We spent four nights at the hotel before staying at a large, expensive all-inclusive resort. After the all-inclusive, we came back to Double A, which we preferred. We enjoyed the personal service, being steps from the beach and the swimming pool that was shaded by beautiful flowering trees. The breakfasts which were included were excellent. The bartenders, chefs and waitstaff were all friendly and attentive.The dining area overlooks the ocean and the food was delicious. There is also a pool……

“Tulia is one of the best resorts we have stayed at. The staff went overboard to make our daughter’s birthday celebration spectacular. They made a special cake and danced and sang for her. There is nightly entertainment. The food was delicious. The ocean view is unbeatable. ”
