“Superbly professional and friendly service. Enjoyed a room upgrade for a special birthday. Flowers and chocolates from the family were in the room when I arrived as well as a beautiful and delicious cake provided at dinner. Spa staff were friendly and added to the relaxation. “Great short stay. Our room oozed character and history, enhanced by top quality fittings. Bed was enormous and super comfy. Breakfast was absolutely spot on. Complimentary bottles(!) of gin and whisky and the posh shower toiletries topped it all off.”
