“Great seas view our room was very nice well decorated,shower had issues with hot water and heating wasn’t strong enough in night and mirror had a crack in it but tv was great smart tv free WiFi and a lot of Charging points and a mini fridge was very handy would stay again 100 percent ”

“stay here because it is very closed to the train and bus station of Hastings. the town itself doesnt have too much attractions but you can go Battle (Battle Abbey), Bodiam castle easily. Room and shared toliet is small but ok for a single backpacker”

“Perfect for a quick getaway The staff are amazing the dig are near Sainsbury’s and other shops. Domino pizza on the doorstep. 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the Beach and old town. Perfect place for a trip to the coast. ”

“Room exactly how advertised, bathroom was immaculate and overall room was great. Perfect location. Nice vintage feel but is clearly very well kept. The front door and room having electronic keypad with codes was very handy meaning no need to check in and easy access in and out. More than enough space for the two of us. Room was bright and airy. ”

“The hosts - Karen & Malcolm were so hospitable & helpful. The Laindons Guest House is situated in an excellent location in Old Town, Hastings. The Red room was very comfortable, top quality bed linen and the facilities throughout the property are sublime with every attention to detail made. The selection & quality of the produce at breakfast was outstanding - locally sourced & we would thoroughly recommend the home mage Granola with berry compote - exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble for……
