“Clean rooms and great atmosphere. ”

“Staff and service were really nice. I received a notice a few hours before arriving that one of my rooms were no longer available. Accommodations of a handicap king suite with a roll away bed was provided and accepted from a reservation 2 queen suite with a pull out sofa.. (needed comfortable space for 3 people…not sharing a bed). I guess that works. Would have provided a 5 if room requested was a available… and/or if a discount was provided”

“Well kept facility everyone I encountered from checking in till check out were friendly and professional. I would not hesitate staying in again in the future.”

“Great bed and clean room. Very small room but it worked for 1 night. Wifi was difficult to connect and staff was helpful. ”

“Quick getaway for a weekend trip. Room was good size. Good location. Basic continental breakfast. We had a room by the stairwell and apparently it's a very busy spot, because it was foot traffic both nights...all night. ”

“Quick overnight stop while moving. Everything was great. ”

“Our HVAC system went out and we called the desk clerk, we had to change rooms and then that room was so cold. Finally got tolerable during the night. We only booked the one night. It was a new hotel so I guess it has some cliches to work out. ”

“Our stay was nothing short of excellent!! The staff was outstanding and Diane made our stay even better than expected!!! She made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend Vitality to anyone visiting the Memphis area!!! You won't be disappointed and the breakfast was delicious!!!! ”
