“This property is dirty, sewage backing up into tub, dirty toilets inside and out, crack in one bedroom wall where you can see daylight coming through from outside, mold overflowing out of coffee filter, black on ceiling all around air vents which looks like it could possibly be mold, backyard full of weeds and trash on the ground. This house looks like it was purchased to be a fixer-upper but has not yet been fixed up. I waited a long time to post this review because we were hoping for a refund……

“We really wanted to get away for a few nights and relax, this spot was perfect. The area is beautiful, the house is great, the bed was comfortable, and it was nice and quiet. Towns are close enough to get some food or supplies and get back to doing nothing, Mineola, Hawkins, and Lindale are great little towns. Nelda was very helpful and nice. We enjoyed our stay.”

“We recently stayed at a beautiful house in Texas, and it was absolutely amazing! The house was stunning, with a perfect blend of modern design and cozy touches that made us feel right at home. “The farmhouse was cute and the atmosphere was charming. The cows and donkey were fun to watch. The cleanliness lacked attention. We had toothpaste dribbles in both bathroom sinks. The shower had hair on the walls. Some of the dishes were greasy. All of this was not a deal breaker, but left me wondering what was cleaned and what was not clean. “This home is beautiful, comfortable and spacious! It has such a great feel to it. It has everything you could need. The kids loved seeing the longhorn, horses and chickens daily. “This was an interesting property. The house’s architecture was a bit quirky, but it grew on us over time. We would have appreciated it if the backyard was maintained a bit better, we had to dig out the leaf blower and cleaned some of it ourselves and there was a broken lounge chair on the loft terrace.
