“酒店要求下午三点后才能办理入住，三点半到达，等待半个小时依然说房间没有打扫不能办理入住让继续等待。再三与服务人员沟通，服务人员蛮不讲理，也不回复到底要等待多长时间。问能否取消预定，回复不能取消否则扣除已经预付的一天房费！忍无可忍之下要求与酒店经理直接谈，最终才给办理了入住。在与服务人员沟通过程中，感受到服务人员的素质之低，寻求其他服务人员协助，每个都事不关己的冷漠态度！酒店大堂拥挤不堪，办理入住只能站立等待。入住后的房间是二楼，靠近街边，房间夜晚非常吵闹，无法入睡。房间内的装修与设施陈旧简陋，根本不值近4000元人民币房价！发誓永远不再光顾这家黑店！”

“Great staff, front desk and door men are great. Hallways and elevators seem somewhat dated. I can't figure how to get to the back restaurant- I'm sure instructions are available, but it just doesn't feel very inviting. It looks nice when you look at it from the outside... Overall, I really enjoyed my hotel stay, the one thing that would really make it better is being able to screen share from my laptop to the TV. There really isn't any way to do it through the Wi-Fi.”

“Wonderful location and great boutique hotel! Walking distance from grand central, Bryant park and 10-15min walk to other attractions (MoMA etc). Rooms are super clean - no view from the windows but not an issue given the views are just an elevator away!”
