“Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. “The hotel is new and clean. I love the modern design with features of Netherlands. The staff are also helpful and passionate. The hotel is close to the airport (10-30 mins by train). However, I find it a bit challenging to get from the hotel to the city center amid the cold rainy weather, especially with my kid. From the Sloterjsk station, it will take 30-45 mins to get to tourist spots like Van Gogh Museum / National Museum. As a result, you cannot go back to the hotel and take a short break……

“1. 欣賞酒店的執房員、整潔及有禮貌，並為顧客設想，我中間有一天沒有安排房間執拾，他們出了張memo 表示48小時後會入房檢查；翌日安排了清潔房間，fill up 了這兩天沒有補充的物品。 2. 欣賞酒店服務質素，我漏了件褲子在酒店，立即有電郵提醒我。 3. 酒店的服務有程序可循，而且盡量做到照顧顧客需要。 美中不足 1. 缺乏人情味道，我們帶了$200歐來，只是說不收，沒有詳細教導我們如何兌換。我們在附近超市及鐵路遇到同一問題時，對方的服務員好熱心解答。酒店前台略欠人性化。 2. 周圍的環境及房間仍有大麻味道，特別是窗簾。 4. 安排房間時安排了最低一層，太嘈吵，而且安排了在走廊必經的第一間房，出入皆見到，保安存疑，但貼心之處是在1樓房間前有道門需門卡才可以進入，而解決了同層所有人都可出入的保安漏洞。房間安排應該是一直以來最差的安排。”
