“ホテルは周辺にレストランなどが多く、立地はとても便利だと思います。ノイバイ空港からはGrabタクシーでおよそ50分弱、料金は日本円で約2,500円でした。
ホテルは大通りに面していないため、窓を閉めれば室内はかなり静かです。スタッフの方々も非常に親切で、英語と日本語の両方で対応してくださるので、わからないことがあっても安心して相談できます。
今回は滞在中、屋上の露天風呂を利用する時間が取れなかったのが残念でしたが、次回宿泊する際にはぜひ利用してみたいと思っています。

“Amazing place to stay. Within walking distance to the old town, a lot of food and shopping street nearby. The two bedroom arrangement was perfect for my family of 6. The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. “I enjoyed my stay even though it was only for a night.
I got the room on the 2nd floor, which had a little balcony and kitchen. I was quite amazed at how spacious the room was given that the building looked small from the outside.
Room was clean and water pressure is good. Bed is firm - I had a good sleep.
Well located with cafes within 5 walking distance. Old quarters is an easy 15-20 min walk away.
I would stay here again if I return to Hanoi!”

“It was great welcoming with upgrade for our room and free drinks. Communication was super easy and english level of all staff were great and they were super friendly. “We were pleased, as we always are, with the Holo Mersey apartment organization. This apartment was within easy walking distance of everything a tourist might want to see yet far enough away to feel like you were living like a local. "Wonderful experience, very friendly staff. Perfect location as it’s just five minutes walk to the Main Street. Please note that traffic gets busy on weekends as they make them as walking areas in main areas.
We stayed on the 8th floor, could see the lake view! Just walking one / two floor up for the bar and restaurant. We can see the cathedral from the rooftop bar.
Breakfast has buffet and menu for main course.
Great services! We loved the surprise fruit pack when we checked out as we headed to Ha Long Bay for cruise.
