“Property was perfect location between Times Square and Central Park. Hotel staff were wonderful. Had a couple maintenance items that were promptly fixed. Very clean and spacious rooms for New York. Would definitely stay again. ”

"The location is great, right next to Times Square. The hotel is old, and the most uncomfortable thing is the air conditioning, which is too noisy and makes it impossible to sleep. I can only turn off the air conditioning and sleep in the heat."
