“Extremely pleasant stay”

“This hotel is wonderful. Rooms are beautifully decorated with everything you could need. Comfortable bed and plenty of space. We had an evening meal which was probably the best meal ever!! Breakfast was equally good. Abby who served us was a gem. Nothing but praise. Would recommend and stay again. ”

“The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav. The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door. The entrance was a wooden decking which had a range of colorful potted plants and well maintained. The owner was very helpful with directions and places to visit and eat……

“Good hotel whose dated appearance masks the facilities and staff helpfulness. Our room (18) was spacious and well equipped. My only complaint was no table at "my" side of the bed yet had the single and double been moved to the left one could have fitted. It makes a nice change to order the cooked breakfast and have it brought to our table.”

“Excellent all round. Such a lovely helpful, warm welcome on arrival and every morning at breakfast, which was delicious. Room was lovely, spacious enough for two and really quiet. 2 min walk to beachfront, 5 min walk to town. Will definitely be going back.”

“One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. It’s a lovely traditional hotel building (1920s shall we say?) which has been beautifully renovated and refurbished. Both the big picture and the small details are delightful. Staff service was friendly with a real sense of team and purpose. I haven’t mentioned the small outdoor pool (constant 27c) or hot tub simply because I didn’t use them this time! I can’t remember what I paid for my one-night visit but it was a bargain, and I would be very happy to……

“I had a fantastic stay at this bed and breakfast with my mum. Gary and Philip were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from, providing a perfect start to each day. The property was very clean and well-maintained. One of the best parts was how quiet and soundproof the rooms were, ensuring a restful and peaceful night’s sleep. I highly recommend this B&B for anyone.”

“Liz and Paul were very friendly and took all our requests and answered them quickly. Breakfast was out of this world. Room was very clean and plenty of sockets for all your things that needed charging, it was also very spacious. Liz was always there to answer any questions and Paul was always around but not seen very much as he was probably chained to the range dealing with all the breakfasts, but very pleasant when you did see him :-). We will definitely be returning. Many thanks for pleasant……
