“Otroligt fint och stort rum med fin utsikt över Lissabon. Badkar med stort fönster och utsikt. Bra bar mm. Väldigt nöjd.”

“Property shows great potential. Staff were amazing, rooms were comfortable and restaurant was delicious. It seems like a crew of handymen need to spend a few weeks there however. Door stoppers were broken off in the room, one leaving a sharp metal for your toe to find in the dark. The spa is a good setup, but 2/3’d of the jets didn’t work. There was enough sand and junk in the pool to fill a bucket. The sauna wood is starting to rot and plans and wall are loose in many places”

“O hotel nos surpreendeu positivamente! Excelente! Muito limpo, muito organizado, parecia novo. Quarto muito bom, com cofre, pia separada da área de chuveiro e vaso (chuveiro excelente), cama muito confortável, sabonete super cheiroso! Ficamos apenas 1 noite e a escolha se deu por conta de que o hotel fica próximo do aeroporto, cerca de 8 minutinhos de carro. Não conseguimos experimentar o café da manhã pois saímos muito cedo. Nos deram um quarto com vista para o rio - adoramos! Valeu muito a……

“Overall nice and new hotel. Shuttle service to airport was good”

“Very convenient for a 0505 flight the following day. Though no shuttle to airport when we checked out that early, the 5 minutes walk to airport did not create any problems unless you have lots of luggages. Check in out very smooth, buffet dinner at 20 Euro plus complimentary breakfast (even at 0230 continental breakfast) made it very convenient. Clean tidy and smooth I would stay again for and early flight from Lisbon.”

“Excellent hotel and staff. I just didn’t like the inappropriate photos displayed in the lift that I can qualify as indecent. These are probably photos from the parent company Marriott. Parents with kids should avoid this hotel.”

“The water button in the shower room had poor contact; in addition, during the stay, the service staff used the master key to enter the room without knocking, which frightened the roommates. I hope the hotel will review the equipment and educate the service staff to pay attention. Other service quality is very good and feedback is quick.”
