“The room is old and worn-out. Not clean at all. There are stains on the bed sheet. The bathroom door is very difficult to close and cannot be locked. The room door is not soundproof, so it's very noisy outside the room in the morning.”

“Great rates, basic but clean room, hot water, clean towels daily, lots of food options nearby, 20 mins to downtown Napa! ”

“The washbasin is blocked, the washing water is full, and it is not cleaned. There is no shower gel and shampoo for bathing, only one bath towel. Too bad!”

The rooms are spotless, the lobby and hallway have a pleasant scent. The size of the room we stayed in was huge, giving us space to relax and prepare snacks for our enjoyment.
