“We had an amazing time at this place. It was clean , decent and very affordable. I can definitely see us booking this hotel again soon. The only issues i had is it wasn't plowed, it looked like there was very poor renovations( ie. Spaces in tiles on flooring, shotty workmanship in repairs , had a noise complaint which made no sense,and pool was closed SINCE COVID) Other than that everything else was great. “Sterling Inn was a great find! We really appreciated the 'boutique' style with fewer rooms - our room was large and spacious, the fireplace and steam shower were excellent! On site spa service was a definite bonus. We will definitely come back next time in the area! ”

“Too many hiding fees, no fee list transparency and they don’t clearly show it to people before you book it. Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. Stupid check in and out time so DO NOT come here. ”
