“We loved the lake house. It was so peaceful and quiet. The lake was beautiful. We floated in our tubes, sat in our camp chairs that we brought and read our books. My favorite things were hearing and seeing the loons, the pileated woodpeckers at the feeders and the magical pathway walk down to the lake. My son lives about 15 minutes away and it was so nice to be close by to him, Portland and Windham. We enjoyed eating dinner out on the deck as well. ”

“Fantastic place in a great location. We were in town for the Maine marathon and this house was perfeclty located with easy access to everything we had to do. The rooms are very spacious and the outdoor space was amazing to “wine down” after a long day of running. Would highly recommend!”

“The inside was clean and fine. When booking this place, the description mentioned a canoe, two kayaks and two paddle boards. However, due to the trees and brush on both sides of the dock, we were unable to put these in the water. It would have been extremely difficult to lift any of these items over the dock and into one foot of water. It would have been just as hard taking them out. ”

“The guest house was immaculate. Very clean. Great set up and layout. Comfortable bed. Communication with owner was prompt and easy. We had a great time relaxing, and visiting Portland. Highly recommend.”
