“Just need to dust all areas but basicly it was clean and everyone was very nice”

“The staff there were so kind. They were patient for us having a late check out without feeling like we were being hounded. The bed was comfortable and TV was big. Clean room also. ”

“There was a soap dispenser, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers but all were empty. There were coffee cups in the room but no coffee machine. The couch had a dirty pull-out bed. The staff was nice, you have to check in in the Best Western, but you don't get the breakfast they serve.”

“It’s an older property that has been updated with modern furnishings, fixtures and kitchen appliances. Well equipped and tidy. Easy check in and no problems during my stay.”

“The apartment was clean, the bed, linens, and towels are good, shower hot and drained and the fan worked, parking was easy except an address on the back side would help the first time. Neighborhood is ok with bars and restaurants and a Starbucks within easy walking distance, even at night. Close to downtown but a little out of walking distance. You can bring your own TV service or internet tv is provided. ”

“Plus side: The staff was very kind, quick and friendly. Down side: The hotel lobby didn’t smell good. The room they checked us into, smelled even worse. My wife walked all the way into the room, I made it 3-4 ft inside the door. Looked at her and said, “we’re not staying here”. Plus side: The staff wasn’t upset I didn’t want to stay and asked to cancel. Idk side: Waiting to see if I get refunded. ”
