“Had a wonderful stay here - the property is conveniently located steps away from Earl's Court tube station and is surrounded by numerous coffee shops and restaurants. The staff here are helpful and friendly (shout out to David/Daoud who was the BEST!) and the rooms are exceptionally clean. Will definitely be staying here again!”

“Really lovely apartment nice and clean! Bed was super comfy! In great location and easy access to central London. Communication was great!! The only 2 negatives for us was the apartment was very hot, and due to level it was (3rd floor) the windows did not open very much. There was a fan provide however this made little difference. My o my other negative was that there was not a mirror/table in the bedroom for getting ready. However this is only a minor complaint and would definitely stay……

“air-con was down for 4hours+, when I talked to the reception counter, the man was so rude , he just repeatedly said it would be fine after 10mins and ignored me without looking at me. the air con in fact was not working well in the next day, just fan was working, temp was high. really bad ”

"We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise. However we were offered a different on the next day, which was so quiet and even a bigger room. We really appreciate they made this room change for us. The room is clean and warm, adjustable temperature. Nice bathroom with warm enough water. 10 minutes walk to the tube station, or 5 minutes walk to a bus station that could go to Hyde park or bond street. Which I think is quite convenience. "
