“Great room at the top of the building, the shower was really good. Breakfast was continental and a brilliant start to the day. Room was cleaned every day and wifi was great. If you have trouble with stairs ask for room 7 on the ground floor.”

“Although only 10 minutes from Stonehaven it was ideally situated in the beautiful Kincardine countryside. Room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was whatever you wanted and the bonus for us was that the plum tree in the garden was groaning with fruit. Owner picked some delicious plums for us. If we're back in the area well certainly consider Crawfield Grange as the #1 place to stay. ”

“After booking and paying found some scary reviews but we didn’t experience any of them. B/fast value £12 each, couldn’t finish mine, good coffee. Bar service good, busy outside seating area. Some noise o/n but to be expected as we were overlooking the High street. Could do with a little attention to detail in room, paper peeling from ceiling, curtains off track in few places. Parking off street available when checking in”

“Friendly, helpful staff. Room upgrade freely given when the first room was unsuitable due to lack of ventilation on sunny day. Breakfast was mostly good but could be a little disorganised (juice and milk running out, tables not fully laid etc.) and buffet was rather limited in range. However good choice of cooked items, well-presented.”

“The hotel was very clean and staff were great. Rooms look like they have just been upgraded. Only negative would be that the bar on a Saturday night closed at 10pm. ”

“Absolutely stunning property. We had a ground floor room dog friendly, there was a luxury dog bed bowl and treats waiting for our dog. Beautiful walking area along the river. Room was luxurious and very comfortable bed. We ate dinner in the restaurant choice and quality was 5 star. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Would stsy there again in a heartbeat.”

“I have booked bed& breakfast on expedia web. Paid money for it to find out is no brekfast that evening,only because needed to call maintenence guy....as tv broken down. Got an email few days pripor my arrival that bar/ pub is close from monday to Thursday from day i am coming and i need to use codes to get in as is no staff..... Better and better... Loud( every little noise from room above not allowing to sleep)Cold, mould in the corner, hand towel hanger almost off the wall and……
